Return Policy

At KAYN , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a return policy that is fair and transparent.

 

1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. The countdown begins once your package has been marked as delivered by the carrier.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in its original, unused condition.
  • It must be in the same packaging it was received in.
  • It must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • It must include all tags and labels attached at the time of delivery.
 

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email at hello@kayn.ma within the 14-day period.
  2. Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
  3. We will respond within 48 hours and provide instructions on how to proceed.
 

4. Return Process

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  • Items must be sent back to the address provided by KAYN.
  • Please keep proof of shipment until you receive confirmation that we have received your returned item.
 

5. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • Approved returns will be processed, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
  • If you choose an exchange, we will ship the new item once the return is confirmed.
 

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Items that are damaged or altered after delivery.
  • Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria listed above.
 

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@kayn.ma with photos of the issue. We will resolve it quickly, either by replacing the item or issuing a full refund.

 

8. International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and shipping costs associated with the return. KAYN is not liable for these fees.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
